For all the purchases on our website, you can return the item received within 14 days following the order’s delivery.
In order to exercise the right to withdraw, you are asked to inform us (service@ctwlk.eu) of your intention to rescind the contract through an explicit declaration (E.g. mail letter, fax or email).
After explaining the reason for the return, please follow these simple instructions to return the items:
- Put in the original box of the order the items you wish to return. Make sure that they come with their packages and accessories, that all our tags are in perfect condition and that the box is closed.
- Send back the box by any transport firm at the choice of own costs within 3 days after sending the declaration of return.
- The return address will be; Lippenslaan 314 – 8300 Knokke – Belgium.
- Confirm by email (service@ctwlk.eu) the tracking code of the return shipment.
- Once we have received the product, a quality check will be done and after our approval, your money will be refunded.
Withdrawal Conditions
- The items must be in perfect condition, with the tags and seals, accessories included, and potential special wrapping. The incomplete, damaged, or used item won’t be accepted;
- The refund must be requested within 14 days following the reception of the order;
- The items to be refunded will have to be picked up by the courier within 14 days following the notification of your request to our Customer Care.
- Items must have been purchased online on ctwlk.eu, not in our stores or boutiques.
Where all the aforementioned conditions are respected, we will refund the amount paid for the item returned (including the delivery fees). The refund will be made on the same payment method used to place the initial order. An email confirmation will be sent as we process the refund.

CTWLK aims to process and ship all orders within 1-3 days if the item is available. We try to ship our orders within 24 hours on business days

Other countries – to be seen at checkout – shipping rate of € 15.

At the shipping of your order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with a link that will allow you to track the delivery. You can also directly check the details and delivery status of your order at this link. If you have just concluded your order, the details will be available in a few minutes, and for the payments, we use free pay stubs online to make everything easier for the workers.
Respective Import Taxes, TVA, Custom Fees, or possibly toll fees will be charged to you upon delivery of your order.
